Do you accept insurance?

No. Rebalance Wellness is intentionally a cash-pay practice because we believe exceptional care shouldn't be dictated by insurance companies.

Our focus is on providing unrushed visits, personalized treatment plans, transparent pricing, and recommendations based on what's best for your health—not what's covered by your insurance plan. This allows us to deliver the level of care our patients deserve.

What should I expect during my first visit?

For hormone optimization, your journey begins with a brief lab appointment. After your lab results are available, you'll return for a comprehensive consultation where we'll review your health history, discuss your symptoms and goals, and develop a personalized treatment plan.

For other services, such as weight management, IV therapy, wellness injections, or aesthetics, appointments may be scheduled directly.

Do I need lab work before starting hormone therapy?

Yes. Comprehensive lab testing is required before hormone therapy can be safely prescribed. This allows us to identify hormone deficiencies, nutritional imbalances, and underlying health concerns so your treatment plan is tailored specifically to you.

How long does hormone optimization take?

Hormone optimization is a journey—not a quick fix. While some patients notice improvements within a few months, it commonly takes 9–12 months to optimize hormone levels.

Will I receive a prescription at my first hormone consultation?

If your laboratory results indicate that treatment is appropriate and there are no medical contraindications, your treatment plan—including prescriptions when indicated—may begin following your consultation.

Can you send my prescription to my local pharmacy?

Yes. If a commercial pharmacy is appropriate for your treatment, we're happy to send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

For certain medications—particularly compounded therapies and bioidentical hormones—we may recommend one of our carefully vetted pharmacy partners because we trust their quality, consistency, and commitment to patient safety.

We never source medications from unverified suppliers or questionable distributors. Every medication recommended through Rebalance Wellness is obtained through trusted, legitimate pharmacy channels, so you can feel confident in what you're receiving.

Do you use FDA-approved medications?

Whenever appropriate, we prescribe FDA-approved medications. When compounded medications are medically indicated, we partner only with trusted pharmacies that meet the highest quality standards.

Do you offer telehealth appointments?

Some follow-up appointments may be completed through telehealth when clinically appropriate. Initial evaluations and certain treatments require an in-person visit.

How often will I need follow-up visits?

Follow-up appointments vary depending on your treatment plan. Most hormone optimization patients are seen more frequently during the initial adjustment phase, typically every 3 months, and then transition to routine follow-up visits to monitor progress and maintain optimal results-which is typically every 6-12 months.
